Profitability & Investment
Is it an expense or an investment? ▼
It is an investment with direct return. By ensuring that treatment penetrates into the plant, you stop wasting money on evaporation or rain wash-off. It converts crop protection expenses into real assimilated nutrition.
Can I reduce chemical crop protection dosages? ▼
Yes. By encapsulating active ingredients and delivering them inside the leaf without resistance, less raw chemical product is required to achieve the same effect. You optimize recommended technical dosages without losing efficacy.
Are there water savings? ▼
Yes. By improving wetting efficiency (water spreads further across the leaf without forming heavy droplets that fall to the ground), you do not need to drench plants with excessive spray volume.
Is it profitable for rainfed / dryland crops? ▼
Highly profitable. It drastically reduces plant water stress by optimizing plant metabolism. It is essential in young plantations, improving germination and survival rates under severe drought conditions.
Comparison: Standard Surfactant vs Colloidal Technology ▼
A standard surfactant only lowers surface tension (flattening droplets). Colloidal technology does that AND ALSO encapsulates active ingredients, penetrates leaf wax, and delivers them into the plant's vascular system. Cost per liter is higher, but overall cost per effectively treated acre is significantly lower.
Does it prevent re-applying treatments after rain? ▼
Absolutely. Penetration is nearly immediate thanks to lipid affinity. Once inside the vascular system, the product will not wash off, saving machinery and fuel costs from re-spraying after unexpected rainfall.
How much do I save per hectare (Olive Groves)? ▼
In standard copper + nutrition treatments, savings can exceed 20-30% of total application cost by minimizing product wastage and optimizing expensive active input dosages.
Science & Technology
What is a colloidal solution? ▼
It is a physical system where nanoscale particles are homogeneously dispersed. To put it simply: maternal milk or blood are colloidal solutions. We replicate this biological principle with stable lipid micelles.
How does it penetrate the waxy cuticle? ▼
The leaf cuticle consists of natural waxes and repels water. Our micelles are lipophilic (fat-friendly) on the outside. Being chemically compatible, the cuticle does not reject them, allowing direct absorption. It is fundamental chemistry: "like dissolves like".
The "Trojan Horse" Mechanism ▼
We encapsulate crop protection actives (the warrior) inside a harmless lipid micelle (the horse). The plant recognizes lipids as natural substances and grants entry, letting active ingredients penetrate deeply without triggering plant stress defenses.
Does it contain hormones? ▼
NO. Its action mechanism is purely physical-mechanical and nutritional. It contains no synthetic hormones nor artificially alters natural plant hormone cycles.
Difference from simple amino acids ▼
A simple amino acid provides nutrition. Our technology provides nutrition AND carries active ingredients. Furthermore, classified under Group 4.1-01, it provides a biostimulant foundation, rendering extra amino acid additions unnecessary in many applications.
Tank Mix Stability ▼
It is exceptionally stable. It facilitates tank mixing 3 or 4 products simultaneously (insecticide + fungicide + foliar fertilizer) preventing curdling or precipitation thanks to its emulsifying power.
How does it affect pH and Conductivity? ▼
- pH 6.0: Neutral/slightly acidic. Will not alter tank mix pH.
- Conductivity: Adds no salts, preventing dangerous spikes in electrical conductivity.
Certifications & Eco
Is it suitable for Organic Agriculture? ▼
Yes. We hold official CAAE Organic Certification (Input compliant with UNE 142500, Registration No. 28760). Safe and approved.
Zero Residue & Pre-Harvest Intervals ▼
It is completely biodegradable and leaves no chemical residues. While individual farm certification is managed via standards like GlobalGAP, using our technology greatly facilitates meeting strict Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for export.
Mixing & Application Protocols
Recommended Tank Mixing Order ▼
To guarantee perfect emulsion:
- Fill spray tank to half volume with water.
- Add our solution and agitate to build carrier foundation.
- Add remaining active inputs (crop protection products, powders, fertilizers).
- Fill with water to total targeted volume.
Standard Dosage (Olive Groves & Fruit Trees) ▼
General maintenance and enhancement dosage is 1 cc per liter of water (1 Liter per 1,000 Liters of spray broth). For extreme stress conditions or recovery, consult our technical team to tailor dosage.
Is it compatible with Copper and Sulfur? ▼
Yes, fully compatible. In fact, highly recommended. It dramatically improves copper coverage on older leaves and enhances sulfur drying action without risk of leaf burn, allowing optimization of heavy metal dosages.
Can I mix it with spray oils? ▼
Yes, compatible. However, being a lipid nano-emulsion, our carrier often replaces oil functionality as a cleaner wetter/penetrant. If using oils for physical insecticidal suffocation, you may mix them seamlessly.
